In-Person Verification Requests

In-person requests may be submitted in the John Hubbard Hall Lobby (JHH).

Department hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Verification request forms are available in the John Hubbard Hall Lobby (JHH). Forms must be fully completed and submitted with payment. Written requests for verifications must be signed.

Students with holds on their records will have their requests rejected unless they are attempting to defer student loans. In these cases the requester must show the appropriate supporting documentation at the time of the request.

Verification requests will be processed within two (2) to five (5) days of receipt.

Verification Fees:
Official academic record verifications: Verifications are offered free of charge.

Special Handling Services:
Overnight Express: $18 per destination.
You may request this service for overnight delivery within the continental United States only.

Express Mail: $40.00 per destination.
You may request this service for express delivery outside the continental United States only.

Methods of payment: Personal check (made payable to “University of Southern California”), U.S. money order, USCard, and the following credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash is not accepted.
