Same Day Pickup (paper transcripts)

Submit in-person requests in the John Hubbard Hall (JHH) Lobby:

  • Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
  • Paper transcripts can either be given directly to the requestor or can be mailed to the address that the requestor provides on the request form. Please present photo ID with your request.

Students must clear holds on their records before the Transcript department will process an order. Current and recently enrolled students can check for holds on MyUSC. In person requests take 15 minutes to process (records prior to 1980 take up to two hours to process).

Important Note: If the transcript should not be sent until pending grades or degrees are posted, please indicate on the order that the transcript should be held for grades and/or degrees to be posted.

Third-Party Requests:
The student must provide written authorization designating a third-party representative as his or her agent. The third party must also present photo ID and a photocopy of the record owner's valid photo ID.

Fees for Transcripts:
$12 per PDF transcript, $15 per paper transcript.

Methods of Payment:
Personal checks (payable to the "University of Southern California"), U.S. money orders, and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Cash is not accepted.

Special Handling Services:
Please submit requests by 12 Noon PT.

Overnight Express: $25 per destination, plus transcript fee.
You may request this service for overnight delivery within the continental United States only.

International Express Mail: $47.50 per destination, plus transcript fee.
You may request this service for express delivery outside the continental United States only.
