General Information
The Grade department is responsible for the collection, maintenance and distribution of all grades submitted by the academic units. This includes the processing of Assignment of Final Grade for Completion of Incomplete (IN), Clarification of Missing Grade (MG), and Correction of Grade (COG) by the instructor. Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions for more information about these and other processes.
Grades for the three most recent semesters are available on OASIS to currently enrolled students only.
Faculty members, teaching assistants and course graders can gain access to the Grading and Roster System (GRS) through their department’s Schedule of Classes coordinator.
For training and support materials, please visit the GRS Help Page by clicking the “Help” link at the bottom right within the GRS.
Effective Fall 2024, marks of MG can only be used for academic integrity cases.
Faculty teaching online can view FERPA Guideline for Teaching Online.
Faculty teaching in person courses can refer to FERPA for Faculty.
Support Contacts
Access to GRS is granted by your department’s scheduling coordinator.
